Weber Shandwick (2024)
Public Relations Intern
Chicago, IL

In my time at Weber Shandwick, I executed media strategies for the ExxonMobil Retail Fuels account, including drafting press releases, pitching to national media, and curating targeted media lists using Muck Rack. I worked on two fast paced projects in collaboration with Porsche Carrera Cup and Formula One Redbull Racing, gaining insight in the auto-racing space.

In addition, I pioneered partnerships within the gaming industry by initiating outreach to potential collaborators, while publishing weekly newsletter updates to support entry into this dynamic space. I leveraged media monitoring tools (Meltwater and Cision) to conduct in-depth social and media analysis, providing actionable insights to clients.

Soup the Magazine is a charity-inspired arts project organized by Campbell + Friends. The magazine is a bi-annual publication that covers artists, brands, and creative projects across the US. This specific initiative aims at tackling food insecurity across varios metropolitans (St. Louis, Atlanta, Chicago, etc.), and allows for artists to create work that directly impacts the residents of their community. Soup the Magazine currently operates both digitally and physically, with three published “Issues” and 2 live art showcases that served as food drives.

Lavender Hearts Club (2021 - Present)
Creative Director
Atlanta, GA | Chicago, IL

Lavender Hearts Club / LAV is an ongoing collaborative project testing the waters of my brand strategy, public relations, and social media marketing skills. The concept came to be after posting a picture on social media with a Lavender Heart dyed into my hair. From there, I invited my friends and peers to “join” the LHC, and started creating clothes and cool collectibles for my friends.

As the idea grew, I began focusing more on the branding. Since starting, I have tested out color concepts, PR/influencer packages, and a fragrance line. This concept is still very much in the works but think of it as a reward system for people that actually sign up for newsletters.

Agency Columbia (2025 - Present)
Public Relations Manager
Chicago, IL
In this venture in collaboration with Columbia College Chicago Strategic Communications professors, I managed PR efforts for our school’s in-house agency, utilizing Muck Rack to build media lists for our client - The LOOK App. I supervised a team of 5 copywriters and art directors weekly to execute our visual advertising campaigns. I organized external and on-campus events for our team and students within the Communications programs. We delivered a strategic PR and advertising plan to our client, helping launch the LOOK App.
